Woon je ver weg of heb je een keer geen tijd om naar de winkel te komen – wat natuurlijk nog steeds het gezelligst is want we zien je graag en vertellen graag de mooie verhalen achter de producten en geven je graag persoonlijk advies – dan kan je ook online onze NYHAVN spullen kopen! De NYHAVN webshop staat op het platform op van ‘Trouva’. Een veilig en ervaren platform voor onafhankelijke winkels.
En natuurlijk is alles ook duurzaam, fairtrade, natural en sustainable. Je hebt je (mooi ingepakte) spullen binnen 3-5 dagen in huis. We bezorgen in Nederland en ook international.
We zijn altijd bereid onze klanten te helpen met vragen of zorgen over hun aankopen. Informatie over retourneren vind je hier.

I received my order yesterday (and I only ordered it on Monday!) and just had to write and thank you
First of all the packaging was amazing to keep the contents well protected.
Then when I opened the inner box it was just like Christmas as the parcels were so beautifully wrapped!. And it was so kind to pop in a small gift too and such a lovely card (in perfect English!)
In fact, the wrapped goods look so lovely that I am going to put them, unopened, under the Christmas tree and open them on Christmas Day (a present to myself!)
So – a huge thank you for such brilliant customer service and such care and thoughtfulness in hand wrapping everything so nicely.
I shall look forward to opening on 25th!
